Vitaliia “Vita” Yurchak personally represents the firm’s clients in the Staten Island traffic court. She joined the firm in 2019.

Born in Ukraine, Vita is quadrilingual, speaking fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian, and French. She understands how to represent a diverse clientele in a way that respects their unique differences, while also delivering strong results.

Aside from her law degree, Vita holds both a PhD and an LLM (Master of Laws). Before joining Stites Law, Vita worked for two matrimonial law firms on Staten Island and served as a legal consultant for New York Supreme Court in Queens.
