Scott Leon Brimmer, Esq. joined the firm as a junior partner in 2022. Scott is a zealous advocate who will not compromise in his efforts to attain positive results for his clients.
Before becoming a partner at Stites Law, Scott worked as a traffic ticket defense lawyer in New York courts for 14 years. In that time, Scott defended tens of thousands of traffic tickets in all eight Traffic Violations Bureau courts, Nassau and Suffolk counties, and in dozens of upstate courts.
Scott has successfully represented defendants in felony DUI cases and has defended a variety of complicated criminal charges.
In addition to his considerable traffic court experience, Scott has fought and won many other kinds of cases on behalf of his clients, including:
- DUI refusal hearings
- OATH “failure to yield” hearings
- Fatal accident hearings
- TLC cases, including red light camera charges
- Criminal summonses for equipment violations
- Reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operator, and other criminal matters
Scott graduated from Syracuse University of Law in 2005. A native of Staten Island, Scott is a diehard fan of the New York Mets.
